Furious Jones and the Assassin’s Secret
Furious Jones is your average seventh grader – except for the fact that his father is the world-famous author of the best-selling Carson Kidd series. Ever since Furious’s mother died, his father has been cold to him, and he has been living with his grandfather. When he hears that his father is releasing a new book, he hopes that going to the release will be able to fix his relationship with his father. But when his father and grandfather are shot by a mysterious stranger, Furious is thrown into the adventure of a lifetime. Will he be able to follow the clues given to him and find out who shot his family? Or will the masked shooter take another life – his?
I think that this book would be for kids only 13 years and older. This is because there is a lot of violence in the book, including descriptions of gunshots and wounds. Also, there are some ideas that are require some deep understanding, and kids below 13 are quite unlikely to understand them.
There is a lot of violence in this book, including many descriptions and uses of guns.
There are just some very basic words such as ‘crap’ and ‘shit’.
This mostly an action book.
This book is all about adventure, mystery, and action.
